How to delete an account from within the app

To delete your account while retaining access to it in the app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your profile in the top right corner of one of the main screens
  2. Click on „App settings“
  3. Select „Manage your account“
  4. Select „Permanently delete your account“
  5. Confirm your account deletion request by clicking on „Delete“

Please be advised that the process will result in the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. There is no possibility of restoring the account or data in question.

How to delete an account without access to the app

In order to delete your account without accessing the app we need some information to validate that you are egilable to delete the account.

The process is as follows:

  1. Please send an e-mail to account-deletion@vanatu.app with the subject ‚VANATU account deletion request‘ from the account you used to register the VANATU account (by simply clicking here)
  2. We will send an email to this address to validate your deletion request
  3. Please confirm the deletion request
  4. We delete your account and send you a deletion confirmation

Please be advised that the process will result in the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. There is no possibility of restoring the account or data in question.
